Hi, We really enjoy Nippon Kodo incense. I noticed on the internet that you are discontinuing some scents in the NK series. We love Samba Carnival, is it being discontinued?

Also, I would be very interested in learning more about the differences in the different brands of your Exceptional Quality Aloeswood incense.

Here is an idea. People hate to pay for shipping. It is a psychological hindrance which prevents many from completing an order.

If you dropped the free shipping from $100 to $25 or $50 you would receive many additional orders.

You could also switch from UPS to Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Not only is Priority mail much faster, it is also cheaper.

Perhaps you could offer shipping discounts as Shoyeido does on their website:

I agree with the previous poster regarding Samba Carnival as well as Tango Nights We have tried every fragrance of the NK line and Samba Carnival and Tango Night are by far the best fragrances. Please make sure that these fragrances are included in the new FM line.

I personaly Love your Products!! I'm not one to go on about a product but, I love incense and there fragrance in general.But these incense are the best I ever had the plesure of buying, they dont over power the room with an anoying smell. I personaly get really bad headaches from purfumes so these are not to strong they also calm me down when I'm stressed out from taking care of my kid.(hehehe) I dont know what I'd do with out them. They are truly the best incense!!

I love Morning Star incense! The Jasmine is my all-time favourite. Amber is another. It reminds me a bit of caramel custard. Now that my local retailer is offering the product again, I'll end up buying tonnes more. Incense is like food and water to me. It's just one of those things that make daily life a lot more bearable.

I will never understand why you removed Samba Carnival from the Fragrance Memories line. Seriously, we probably used 40 boxes of Samba Carnival a year.

Someone has made a serious mistake with the introduction of the Fragrance Memories line. You need to listen to your customers and reintroduce the line.

I have been ordering incense from you since 1995. First it was a retail product for my candle store. Now it is purely a personal delight, as I have not found this quality anywhere else! And the customer service is superb! The Exotic blend you use to sell was my favorite, and it was discontinued.
